Death of Rt. Rev. John Wesley Nduwayo announced

The Province of the Anglican Church of Burundi announces with deep sorrow to the Anglican family and friends the death of Bishop John Wesley NDUWAYO, former Dean of the Province and Bishop of the Diocese of Gitega. John Wesley retired 3 years ago after being a faithful servant of the Diocese of Gitega and the entire community for 33 years. The Province of Burundi grieves following the loss of a man who committed to stand for the Good News of Christ during hard times the country went through, but gives thanks to God for his witness of faith for generations.
